Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love what you order. If you change your mind, unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you — no need to return the item first.

What Can't Be Returned

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on opened or used skincare, makeup, or personal care items unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

Authenticity Concerns
